I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Pensacola, Florida providing treatment
for adolescents and adults. The reasons for seeing a mental health counselor vary widely.
Some of the most common concerns are depression and anxiety, often related to the overwhelming stresses of today's busy world.

My role as a counselor is to empower people to solve problems that are interfering with their daily lives. Through counseling, I assist you in identifying your strengths and developing your optimal potential. I help you clarify your current problems and concerns then assist you in problem solving ways to best cope with them. I will assist you in changing self-defeating behaviors and making positive choices.

In my private practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families. Treatment is unique for each client and depends on your needs and goals. The philosophy that guides my practice is the unwavering belief that
people have a limitless potential to heal and grow. It is my goal to help you recognize and realize your abilities. Positive change occurs through the collaborative therapeutic relationship between therapist and client.

In addition, I have included a section with information regarding common mental health issues that many people experience.

Thank you for visiting my web site. I hope you get a feel for who I am and how I work. I have included information regarding my credentials, the services I provide, and answers to frequently asked questions regarding psychotherapy.
